I began and ended my 31-year teaching career with the Fort Worth Independent School District in Fort Worth, Texas. Tracing her teaching career from Kindergarten teacher to High School Senior Honors English teacher to Middle School librarian, she created curriculum and adventure for students in Fort Worth. It was during her last years as a librarian when the school counselor, Franchesca Fraire, shared her Young Living Essential Oils that her curiosity of plants, health, and biology came together.
I continue learning and growing my knowledge and satisfying my curiosity about essential oils and health by attending Young Living conventions, completing Dr.David Stewart’s Raindrop Training and completing Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt’s Aromatherapy Course.
Of course I own a personal library of resource books that guide me on my oiling journey and it is my personal mission to visit all Young Living farms. Today I have worked the St. Marie’s Idaho Melissa Harvest and planting helping to get 110,000 plants in the ground. I was present for the opening of the Croatia Helichrysum farm. Having attended the conventions in Utah and the Young Living Animal Clinic I have roamed the Mona, Utah farm many times. I am married to Dr. Patrick L. Walter and as a blended family of four adult children, daughter-in-laws and son-in-laws, and six grandchildren (who can do no wrong.)
With out rescue cats, Katie Grace and Clare de la Blume, my husband keeps warning me that I cannot have another horse.
We shall see. We shall see, I say.
